    Get to Know Malak

    Meet Malak

Born and raised in Cairo, Malak grew up in a culture where sex and sexuality were deeply shamed and silenced. Fascinated by the scope of human – especially female – sexuality from a young age, she became determined to challenge this narrative. After becoming a certified sex educator, Malak dedicated her work to creating educational content on sexual and reproductive health for Arab women. Currently training in Somatic Experiencing, she is set to become a certified practitioner in 2025.

    Areas of Expertise

Malak specializes in delivering accessible, culturally grounded sexual health education, including online courses, care plans, private sessions, and workshops. Malak’s work was shaped by her upbringing in Egypt and has helped women overcome the fear and shame they feel toward their bodies, sex, and desires. Her approach includes a trauma-based education and deconstructing the myths and misconceptions many women have internalized. The insight and knowledge women walk away with is something that they carry with them forever, and hopefully, onto future generations.

    Her Mission

Malak’s goal is to help women heal their relationship with their sexuality and rediscover the wisdom and pleasure within themselves. If you're ready to step away from the shame we've learned to carry around our bodies and challenge some of the societal barriers that keep us disconnected from ourselves and our pleasure, a session with Malak is for you.

    How confidential are the sessions?
Your session with Malak will be a private video call on Zoom. Whatever you share with her during your session will strictly remain between the two of you.
What can I expect from a sex ed session?

A session with Malak typically takes the form of a casual conversation. Based on the intake form you filled out prior to the session, Malak will prepare the educational materials (which includes things like illustrations and diagrams) that can help address your concern or curiosity. Remember though, the purpose of these sessions is purely educational, so while Malak will provide insight and knowledge about your sexual health, this is not the kind of consultation where you’ll receive therapeutic or medical treatment, advice, or diagnosis.

    Who are these sessions for?

These sessions are for any woman over the age of 18 who wants to learn more about her body, sex, and sexuality in a safe non-judgmental setting.
